How do we do the planning?

We set up a consultation call where we chat about your personal and business goals and how we can best align the session to achieve them. We also discuss the media needs for your business and whether we can achieve them within your planned investment. We go through your current branding strategies and discuss whether to overhaul or enhance them further. We then draft a rough plan considering your brand colours and position, and provide a framework with a realistic timeline to execute it.

What info would I need to provide?

We go over your currently employed media and branding content and how we can elevate it further. We draft a plan using your branding colours, enhance it depending on the impressions of your audience and tweak it to perfection so it's nothing short of the best.

What are your delivery timelines?

Accepted Answer

Images are usually ready within 7 working days from the date of selection. If any composite or design work is required, it may take more time depending on the complexity of the project.

The deliverables include digital images optimised for web use (usually 2048p on the long edge) in JPEG format.

The process happens in 5 steps. What are they?

1. The Discovery Call You share, I listen, we share. We set up a date to discuss the purpose behind the session and brainstorm the best approach. This relaxed conversation lets us explore your vision while you learn about the packages and approach, so you can confidently move forward and book. 2. The Goal Setting We begin with a 90 minute Discovery Call where we dive into your brand and walk through the Photoshoot Checklist and Outfit Guideline. A 90 minute Strategy Call follows, covering locations, colours, styles and outfit choices. We discuss what the images are meant to achieve, whether a stylist or makeup artist is needed, brand guidelines and deliverables. 3. The Booking We lock in a date, handle the paperwork and plan the most time effective way to deliver the project. 4. The Session The session takes place in the studio or your office. Arrive early to prep, chat and break the ice. Plenty of parking is available with reserved slots. We work through the styles we discussed using the best clothing options. Expect plenty of conversation and laughter. Relax and follow the lead; the mission is to capture you in your truest form. 5. The Show Off Time Once you receive your images, share them with family, friends and the world and tag along so we can see how the experience has gone. A credit back is always appreciated.

What happens after the session?

We sit down over a coffee and review the images right after the session for you to select your favourites, which I retouch to a professional standard. There is no limit to how many images you can buy. I keep the set of favourites you didn't buy for one week in case you change your mind. The archival time for purchased images is 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.

Why do I need a headshot?

It's more like a selfie if you haven't had one done professionally before. 6. Boost your self confidence. 7. You always wanted one and you don't have one. A headshot session is your single point of presentation for a professional application, whether a corporate presentation in impressive attire, your business forefront or actor headshots to present your best self.

How should I plan?

We discuss this in our consultation call. Things like: 1. Do you prefer a weekday or weekend? 2. What timeslots work best for you? 3. Would you want a hair stylist and makeup (recommended)?

What does the booking fee cover?

Accepted Answer

€100 covers studio time or an on location callout fee and serves as a non refundable retainer for the date of the appointment. The retainer is void in case of a cancellation by the client, and multiple locations may incur an additional fee on a case by case basis. How will I get to choose my images?

Immediately after the session, I'll go through the images with you while you sip on some tea or coffee. I'll help you select your best images and you can let me know how many you'd like to purchase.

How long do you keep the images?

Accepted Answer

I archive all images 28 days after the session. I delete all non purchased images 60 days after the session. All purchased images are sent by email, so it's your responsibility to safely archive them.

Question 13

Where may I use the images?

Accepted Answer

You are free to use the image as a portfolio image in your workplace or accounts. If you plan to reuse the image for commercial purposes as merchandise or similar, please get in touch for information on commercial reuse rights.

I am looking for group, team or location headshot sessions?

Accepted Answer

I offer customised packages for group and location setups if you'd prefer an in office session for all employees rather than travelling to the studio. Please reach out via the contact page with as much detail as possible and I'll respond promptly.
